Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of the original purchase date. 

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

1. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
2. Proof of purchase or order number must be provided.

Refunds

Upon receipt of the returned item and verification of its condition, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. 

Please note the following details:

1. The refund amount will be for the purchase price of the returned item, excluding any shipping or handling fees, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
2. It may take 5-10 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

How to Initiate a Return

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately upon receipt. We will replace the item or provide a refund as per your preference, after assessing the situation.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please initiate a return as described above and place a new order for the desired item separately.
